Hi, I'm Erica Bollinger, a proven leader in marketing and sales with over two decades of experience in both traditional and digital media. I have a deep passion for helping others achieve their dreams and firmly believe in the power of manifesting those dreams into reality.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of local and national businesses, crafting effective marketing strategies that deliver real results.
My journey has taken me from creating impactful cause-marketing campaigns at The Dallas Morning News and WFAA-TV to spearheading digital sales initiatives across Oklahoma. As the Statewide Director of Digital Sales for Griffin Communications, I successfully built a digital sales infrastructure within a traditional TV organization, all while training teams and helping quadruple revenue during my tenure.
In 2013, I decided to step away from the corporate world to have more time with my son and make my own rules in business. My faith in God plays an important role in my life and when searching for a name for my business, the story of the Mustard Seed parable from the Bible kept coming to mind. The mustard seed is the smallest seed in the world and yet it grows into one of the largest plants! It seems fitting today that I get to work with small businesses and nonprofit organizations, helping plant seeds that grow!
